VINYASA FLOW YOGA

This type of yoga is more dynamic. You change from one position to other in fluid way, while the breathing is essential. You can develop your coordination, flexibility and balance without forgetting about the main point of yoga which is to keep your body and conscience in here and now.

YIN YOGA

The Yin Yoga works on deeper levels, body-mind-heart levels. Its meaning is to keep the positions for longer time to stimulate the vital energy flow that runs through our body. It´s called Prana as well. It is a perfect tool to work the mind because it stimulates the calmness, promote the peacefulness, breathing observation; the way to leave, let go and look inside of yourself.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA

We know that yoga has always been therapeutic but this type of yoga is even more. It is suitable for people with illnesses, badly healed injuries or any other type of pathologies. These classes adapt to everyone´s needs and they help to replace the bad habits of our postures. On the other hand they help to improve the physical and mental well-being of each person that does this type of yoga.

KUNDALINI YOGA

It´s called Conscience Yoga as well. The point of this type of yoga is to awaken the creative potential that dwell our being. The majority of the people do not know about this potential because it is asleep but once you wake it up, it will free all the physical and energetic blocks. You can reach this point with positions, pranayaman (breathing control), kriyas (exercises) and song of mantras or mudras.

SIVANANDA YOGA

This practise is based on the sequence of Sivananda. It means that we work with physical body while we leave the time intervals between every position for understanding and relaxation. It shows a paused rhythm that helps the concentrations and relaxation.

AERO YOGA

It is a different way of practising yoga. It´s carried out with the body on suspension with the help of swing that is attached to the ceiling. You can try out the benefits of reversed positions that will help you to stretch and strengthen your muscles while it respects the joints and preventing compression of your vertebra. This class will help you to connect with the present and increase the self-confidence.

ASHTANGA YOGA

During these classes we practise the sequences of yoga in fluid, continuous and consistent way. The positions and series are clearly defined before so it gives a freedom to each person to move on his/her level and rhythm. It helps with cardiovascular rhythm, tones up your muscles and relieves the stress.

KIDS YOGA

One of the best gift you can give to your children. During these classes we bring closer all the benefits of yoga to the children via games (songs, fairy-tales, paintings, dances). What is more, it offers a space where the kids can be themselves, free and happy.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Here you can share your feelings with other pregnant women. You can talk about the changes in your body during pregnancy. The positions are suitable so you can do them in safe way for you and your baby. It will help you to prepare yourself physically and emotionally for the pregnancy, birth and maternity.

NIDRA YOGA

It´s called Yoga of the dreams as well. All the positions are carried out in savasana (lay down on your back). You will try to get into deep relaxation, in the border of dream and sleeplessness, where our mind is even more receptive, so that it can purify the obstacles and blocks that restrict us in everyday life.
